An Elegant Real Estate Sales Center

To isolate the traffic flows for VIP and employees, the designer planned two separate staircases, which are alongside the lobby desk and reception area, and three restrooms on these two floors. The construction company puts a lot of effort into building up the delicate business space balancing the space characteristics and functions agreeably.

On the 1st floor, the delicate gentle-color woods massively embellished on the floors, walls, and ceilings congruously integrate the wood textures and beams that implicitly differentiate areas. The grays, which are non-saturated colors, are skillfully compensated by the light wooden colors that spawn the serene atmosphere. The reception desk, at the front entrance, and the small lounge, on the right, that is adorned with appealing suspended wooden artworks nicely intensify the intriguing senses of contrasts.

The dark carpets, fine woods, and delicate lake blues decorated on the 2nd floor elegantly develop the heartwarming attractions exclusively for the heartwarming residences while promoting the decoration features in the meantime. The graceful applications of materials, consisting of the mirrors, woods, and glass, charmingly reveal the space delicacy as delightful as reading a wonderful story. The moderate indirect illuminations, on the contrary to the rough space qualities, show the elegant and exquisite allurements as well.

The unruffled ambiance in this area efficiently improves sales. The construction company, on top of considering the sales, expects to show customers the space fineness, devoted craftsmanship, and features of the houses meanwhile.
